Welcome to my signature training programme!
The Little Flower School is a 12-week LIVE online group business programme for wedding florists looking to grow a more profitable and more enjoyable business
Launched in the summer of 2021, this high touch intimate group programme is a complete training in growing and scaling the wedding floristry business of your dreams. I have created this supportive and nurturing course for both floral designers who are just starting out growing the wedding side of their business, as well as for those who are feeling a little bit lost within their established wedding business, and who are in need of a boost to get them back on track.
I truly believe that with the right strategy and support in place, you really can build your dream wedding flower business and earn a living from it.
This 12-week programme is all the nuts, bolts, and strategy I wish I had known when I started my business 18 years ago. I take you on a journey where you will learn to truly value and trust in your creativity, so that you can create a thriving business dodging the mistakes I made along the way!
Alongside myself, you will have sessions with my amazing team of experts... all fantastic at what they do, and super lovely to boot!
So, how does it work?
VISION: Starting with the bigger vision, we establish exactly where you want to be headed and why, from this we then dive into identifying your ideal client and making sure that everything you create and put into the world is aligning with them.
We delve into branding, developing websites that convert; we cover social media and using Pinterest as a tool for growth; we talk mindset and the importance of building a sustainable business model, not just in the green sense, but in the without burnout sense, along with wedding week logistics, and of course I take you through step by step how to host consultations, how to write proposals and how to nail your pricing, including real life examples.
All the above is your short cut, so you can spend more time on your florals and less time working out how to run a successful business and second guessing yourself.
The programme is intentionally fast paced so that you can start to see real results.
Having that live accountability and support throughout really does make all the difference. I know from my own learning that I work better when I have the live group aspect. My aim from the off is for you to start seeing growth within your business as soon as possible, and for this to happen you need that initial momentum.
I like to think of it as a merry-go-round in the park; it takes a lot of effort to get it going, but once you do, you can top it up, and i’s the same with this. Once you learn the strategies that work and you have a plan to follow and the processes in place, everything suddenly becomes so much easier.
If you commit to doing the work for yourself and implement what we cover over the 12 weeks, I promise you will see results.
The Finer Details
Weekly Training
Each week you will have a Tuesday morning Zoom Question and Answer, 'sound it out' session with myself, where I will answer your questions on absolutely anything weddings or flower related; or just anything that has come up for you that week when you have been going through the training. Alongside this, each Thursday morning, you will receive either a link to a new pre-recorded training video, or you will have a live session from myself and a host of carefully chosen guest experts.
If you can’t join any of the live sessions, don’t worry! All the trainings are recorded so that you can watch anytime you like, and as many times as you like. Some sessions will have accompanying downloads, and some will be reliant on you taking notes.
Essentially you have me as your honest open book for the entire 12 weeks to help support and propel your business into 2024 and beyond!
Facebook Group
One of my favourite elements of the programme is the private Facebook Group. Here you will find encouragement, support, and a dose of positivity. It’s a great safe and nurturing space to share your journey and many a friendship has been grown here.
Everyone will also receive lifetime access to all the course material and the opportunity to join my graduate group once the course has ended, for that additional accountability, support and extra content. The next programme kicks off on the 30th January 2024 and has limited spaces available so I can give everyone my full attention and support.
My heart and soul have been poured into this container programme and I am so excited to welcome everyone on board to what has become an absolute highlight of my year.

Investment for the 'Early Bird' programme is a one-off payment of £797 if you sign up before the 31st October 2023. Doors open for the Early Bird Programme on September 11th 2023.
After the 1st of November the cost will go up to £997.
